We also offer PayPal
as an option. PayPal
is a fast and free service used for payments
and sending money to people. You are no
longer required to register with PayPal
in order to use their service for purchases.

We do accept mail-in orders.
All mail-in orders must include our mail-in order form, which
can be found HERE. Please send completed form and payment

Personal
check orders are held 7-10 days to ensure
payment clears our bank. Money order purchases
are shipped within our normal order processing
intervals. As always, if you have
ANY questions about checking out with
our chosen methods, please contact us.

Our normal business hours are Monday –
Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. You
can send us email or fax us 24 hours a

please include your complete name, address, contact number,
order information, and all details concerning writing us.
We want to be sure we understand the problem so that we can
respond quickly and efficiently.
Order
Processing:
Most orders are processed
and shipped within 2-3 business days. All shipments are sent
United States Postal Service (USPS) or Federal Express (Fed
Ex). Method of shipping is at our discretion. All shipments
will have a tracking number assigned. Currently, SkyLine Prints
is only able to ship within the United States of America.
We hope to add international shipping at a later date.
Emails
are sent confirming receipt of order and
confirming order shipment.

accept payment for internet orders with

orders are also accepted. Checks and money
orders are accepted with mail orders.

the services we offer, to improve our

updates to the web site or for other marketing
purposes. All customer information is
kept private and will NEVER be sold or

SkyLine Prints does not place cookies
or any other tracking mechanism on your
computer without your authorization. The
only personal information SkyLine Prints
uses comes from billing, shipping, or
ordering information. This information
is kept in our billing/shipping computers
and is not distributed to outside companies
in any form.

do we use your information?
SkyLine
Prints uses customer provided information
for billing, shipping, order tracking,
and marketing for SkyLine Prints services.
We do NOT provide any customer information
to third parties.

Return
Policy
Merchandise:
If
for any reason you are not 100% satisfied
with your purchase from our pre-finished
store section, you may return your item
for an exchange or full credit of the
purchase price. You must contact us prior
to returning any merchandise for an authorization
number. All returns must be made within
14 days for item shipping. Shipping and
handling charges are not refundable. The
item must be in new condition and unused.
Please include
a copy of your original invoice. We will
issue credit after inspection of merchandise.
Full refund of the purchase price will
be applied in the same manner in which
original payment was received.
For
customer embroidery work, we are unable
to accept returns for customs.

The online store usually has a free shipping offer.

Design Factory:
The Design Factory offers FREE SHIPPING all the time to
the continental United States. All other orders will require
shipping charges and we will contact you prior to processing
your order with the quote for shipping and arrange for payment.
To qualify for free shipping within the continental United
States, all orders must be placed through the Design Factory.
